- Property : Not enclosed property of about 20 000 m² (2 ha). The 300 m² courtyard in front of the house has view at the pool and is enclosed for the security of very young children. Nicely planted with trees and flowers. An arm of the Sorgue river passes along the property.

- The terrace opens to an enclosed courtyard of about 300 m², the rest of the property is not enclosed.

- At the property there are 3 other small independent houses, occupied all year by single persons. These people do not have access to the main house, garden and pool. Only the road that gives access to the property is for common use.
