This 120 m² chalet comprises :
Ground floor :
- Veranda opening to the garden and the south facing terrace, view at the Mont Blanc mountain chain, radio, hifi, internet connection.
- Sitting area with TV, DVD and fireplace
- Dining area opening to the north facing terrace.
- Kitchen area with : Fridge, 3 gas rings, 1 electric plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fondue and brasérade equipment, raclette grill.
- Cloakroom with ironing facilities
A wooden staircase in the living room leads to first floor.
1st Floor :
- Bathroom with bath and wash basin
- Bedroom 1 : with double bed 140 large, TV, view at the Mont Blanc
- Bedroom 2 : Double bed 160 large, TV, DVD player, view at the Mont Blanc
- Bedroom 3 : This bedroom is split up in 2 parts : 1 single bed (0,90 large) in the first part and 2 single beds (0,90 large) in the attic part (maximum height 1m70).
- WC
Separate scullery (access outside) with washing machine and dryer.
Outside :
- Property 800 m²
- The garden is enclosed by a hedge.
- Parking for 3 cars
- SPA available against extra charge : to be organised with the owners at the premises
Attention :
- Wood for fireplace provided
- Possibility for a 10% discount on the rentals of skis and shoes, and also a ski locker can be provided. Please reserve in advance.
- Pets are allowed at request only and against an extra fee of 40 Euros.
- The son of the owners lives at the garden level of the chalet. Shared use of the scullery.
- The chalet is situated next to a farm and above the road leading to Bettex. Passing traffic at certain hours and depending the season. On other moments only very few traffic at this road.

Geographic setting Chalet for rent mountains Saint Gervais :
The chalet is situated at the road between Bettex and Saint-Gervais, at about 5 minutes drive from the téléphérique du Mont d’Arbois, at 30 m from the skibus, at 150 m from a ski slope leading to the téléphérique (depending on the snow conditions).
The chalet is situated in the heart of the Evasion Mont Blanc with 450 km of ski slopes comprising the ski resorts of Saint Gervais, Saint Nicolas de Véroce, Mégève, Combloux and la Giettaz.
Access to Contamines Montjoie, Hauteluce in about 15 minutes drive or by skibus.
In summer the cable car of Mont d’Ardois situated at 1 km from the chalet will bring you up (by foot or with your mountain bike) to discover the beautiful views at the Mont Blanc.
Departure of the Téléphérique Mont Blanc in Saint Gervais to go skiing in Houches.
The nearest shops are at within 2.5 km.
