The rental has been renovated recently. The rental offers a nice view at the surrounding vineyards and hills. The rental is adjoining the main house, the main house is also proposed as a holiday rental (sleeps 9). The rental for 4 people is situated at the first floor. The ground floor of the rental is used as storage space and is not occupied. The rental has an independent entrance.
Enjoy the countryside but still being close to the city.
This 55 m² rental comprises :
- Kitchen / Dining area : Sink, 4 Induction cooking plates, electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Table and 4 chairs. French window opening to a partly covered terrace.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 180 cm large (2 x 90 cm). Closet, table, chair, TV with DVD player.
- Bedroom 2 : 2 Single beds (2 x 0,90 large), TV with DVD player. French window with access to a small terrace. Garden view.
- Bathroom : Wash basin, shower cabin.
- Separate WC
Outside :
- Property : 1800 m² enclosed. Lots of trees, flowers and shade. Parking to share with the occupants of the main house.
- Terrace : Partly covered terrace at the 1st Floor with direct access to the kitchen / dining room, table, 4 chairs, barbecue. No overlook with the courtyard of the farmhouse situated at the opposite side of the property. Nice view at the vineyards and the surrounding hills.
- Pool : Enclosed pool, pool size : 8 m x 4 m. The pool is 0m30 till 1m50 deep.12 Sun loungers. The use of the pool is shared with the occupants of the main house.
Attention :
- The rental is adjoining the main house, but has an independent entrance. The entire apartment is situated at the 1st floor.
- In an independent apartment at the property lives 1 person permanently. This person has no access to garden and pool.
- The main house is also proposed as a holiday rental (max 9 people), the use of the pool is shared with the occupants of the main house.
