This ancient water mill has been entirely renovated into a charming property for relaxing holidays.
Some ancient elements still remember the ancient water mill : Through a glass in the sitting room you can see the river « Le Lauzon » passing under the house. The property offers spacious rooms and a tasteful decoration.
This +/- 250 m² rental comprises :
Ground floor :
- Kitchen : Air-conditioning. Double sink, 5 gas rings, electric oven, fridge / freezer, multi functional oven, dishwasher. Table and 4 chairs. French window opening to the terrace.
- Voluminous living room : Air-conditioning. Sofa, 2 armchairs, table, 4 chairs, dresser. Fireplace. Through a thick glass plate on the floor you can see the river passing under the house, reminding the ancient water mill.
- Dining room / Sitting room : Air-conditioning. Table, 8 chairs, 2 armchairs. 2 Sofas, TV, fireplace, bay window with access to a small terrace / balcony.

- Terrace 2 : Shady terrace near the pool with table and 5 chairs.
- Terrace 3 : Near the dining room. 3 Deck chairs, view at the river.

- Pool : Private and secured pool (enclosed pool + alarm system). Pool size : 11 m x 5 m. Small area of only 30 cm deep. The pool is maximum 1m80 deep. Pool area is partly paved and surrounded with lawn. 10 Deck chairs, parasols, shower on solar energy.
- Small cottage : Entirely renovated and decorated for children : 2 Extra beds (slightly raised).
- WC and double wash basin next to the cottage.
