In summer various walking tracks are starting from the chalet, also direct access to the thermal baths of Saint Gervais.
The chalet comprises a second apartment sleeps 8, this apartment is also proposed as a holiday rental. Both apartments can also be rented together, for groups till 12 people.
The 4 people apartment is situated at the ground floor of the chalet.
This 50 m² apartment comprises :

- Bedroom 1 with double bed 140 x 190 , view at the Mont Blanc
- Shower room with wash basin, Italian shower
- Bedroom 2 with view at the ski slope, 2 single beds 0,90 x 190
- Separated WC.
- Living area comprising : sitting area with TV, dining area and kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooking field, access to the garden.
- Common scullery with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Shared use of these facilities with the occupants of the 8 people apartment on the first floor.
Outdoor amenities :
- Parking (cleared from snow in winter) for 2 cars.
- Terrace with view at the Mont Blanc, none enclosed garden.

The chalet is situated at the plateau du Bettex in Saint Gervais, at the foot of the ski slopes and in summer at the departure of various walking trails. Skiers of all levels can start and return at the chalet by ski. Saint Gervais le Bettex gives access to the ski resort of Evasion Mont Blanc, with 445 km of ski slopes comprising the ski resorts of Gervais, Saint Nicolas, Megève, Combloux and la Giettaz.
In summer the cable car of Mont d’Ardois situated at 200 m from the chalet will bring you up (by foot or with your mountain bike) to discover the beautiful views at the Mont Blanc.
The nearest shops are at within 500 m.
