Apartment for rent in chalet for holidays : For summer and winter holidays, at 1400 mts height, apartment sleeps 8, situated in Saint Gervais le Bettex, with view at Mont Blanc, skiing directly from the chalet.
In summer various walking tracks are starting from the chalet, direct access to the thermal baths of Saint Gervais.
The chalet comprises a second apartment sleeps 4, this apartment is also proposed as a holiday rental. Both apartments can also be rented together, for groups till 12 people.
The apartment is situated at the first and second floor of the chalet, the independent entrance is situated at the backside of the chalet.
This 110 m² apartment comprises :
At the first floor :
- Living area with access to the balcony with view at the Mont Blanc. Wood stove, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, vitro ceramic cooking plates. Living area with TV, TNT, DVD. Dining area.

2nd Floor :

- Bedroom 4, attic bedroom with 2 single beds (2 x 0,90 x 190) and fitted carpet on the floor. Balcony with view at the Mont Blanc.
- Bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC
- Common scullery with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Shared use of these facilities with the occupants of the 4 people apartment on the ground floor.

The chalet is situated at the plateau du Bettex in Saint Gervais, at the foot of the ski slopes and in summer at the departure of various walking trails. Skiers of all levels can start and return at the chalet by ski. Enjoy the view at the Mont Blanc.
Saint Gervais le Bettex gives access to the ski resort of Evasion Mont Blanc with 445 km of ski slopes comprising the ski resorts of Gervais, Saint Nicolas, Megève, Combloux and la Giettaz.
In summer the cable car of Mont d’Ardois situated at 200 m from the chalet will bring you up (by foot or with your mountain bike) to discover the beautiful views at the Mont Blanc.
The nearest shops are at within 500 m.
