This independent holiday rental is situated on a property comprising the house of the owners and the rental. The rental is completely independent : entrance, parking, garden and terrace. Only the use of the pool is shared with the owners.
This 70 m² rental comprises :
Ground floor :
- Kitchen : Open to the dining room. Sink. 3 Gas hobs and 1 electric cooking plate. Fridge with freezer compartment.
- Dining room / Sitting room : Table, 4 chairs. Couch, TV. French window opening to the terrace.
- Bedroom : Double bed 140 large, closet.
- Bathroom : Wash basin, shower, WC, washing machine.
1st Floor :
- At the mezzanine floor : Attic bedroom with 2 Single beds 110 large.
Outside :
- Property : 4000 m², enclosed. Very nice park from about 4000 m². Trees and flowers. The rental disposes of a private garden and an independent entrance.
- Terrace : Private terrace with access to the private garden for the rental. No overlook. Shady terrace with pergola. Table, 4 chairs. 2 Sun loungers.
- Pool : Shared pool. The pool is secured by an alarm system, but also enclosed by walls. Pool size : 11m x 5m, the pool has a flat bottom and is 1,55 m deep everywhere. Nice paved terrace, 4 sun loungers, 2 arm chairs.
Attention :
- The property comprises the rental and the house of the owners, the owners use the pool from time to time.
- The owners have a dog living at the property
- Possibilty to rent bikes (to organise with the owners)
