This sunny and comfortably furnished holiday rental is situated at the property of the owners, as well as the villa of the owners. The rental is completely independent, has a large private garden without overlook. The pool is shared with the owners.
This +/- 60 m² rental, entirely at the ground floor, comprises :
- Kitchen / Dining room : Single sink. 4 Gas hobs. Mini oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Storage space, table with 4 chairs. Access to the private terrace and garden.
- Sitting area : Open sitting area to the dining room / kitchen. Sofabed, coffee table and TV. Bedroom : Double bed 180 large, bunk beds (2 x 0,90 large) attention, the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Closet.
- Bathroom : Independent bathroom with wash basin, bath, WC.
- Scullery : Washing machine. Storage space.
Outside :
- Land : 1000 m² enclosed land. Flowers, trees, parking, swing and slide…
- Private terrace : Table, 4 chairs, parasol, plancha, access to the private garden.
- Shared heated and enclosed pool. Pool size : 8,50 m x 4,50 m. The pool has a flat bottom and is 1m50 deep everywhere. Paved pool terrace with 4 sun loungers and a parasol. Table and 4 chairs.
- Pool house with wash basin, shower and WC.
Attention :
- The pool is shared with the owners, who use the pool occasionally.
- The owners also have a dog and a cat walking around at the property.
- Depending on the direction of the wind, sometimes you can hear far away slightly the noise of a railroad.
