Located just a stonesthrow from the village and near the shops, but in a peaceful area with a splendid view of the vineyards.  

When their working lives led them in different directions, Rachel and Patrick were unable to break their ties with the farmhouse, so they decided to market it as a charming holiday rental property.  

This 125 m² farmhouse comprises : 

First floor : 

• 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200cm double bed.
• 1 bedroom sleeping 3 people: 2 bunk beds, with a pullout bed in the lower bed to sleep the 3rd person. Once it has been pulled out and joined to the lower bed, you will have a high-quality 170 x 190cm double bed.
• 1 bathroom.
• 1 separate WC.

Ground floor :

• 1 living room with stowaway sofa bed sleeping 2 people, TV, DVD and HI-FI.
• Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area: combined electric/gas cooker, cooking plates, conventional and microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kitchen utensils.
• 1 separate WC. 

Garden area:

• Completely enclosed 2000 m² area with garden furniture, table, chairs, chaises longues and parasol.
  
• Barbecue.
• Private 10 x 4m pool with alarm.

This farmhouse is set amongst vineyards, 200 metres from the centre of the small village of Domazan (population: 750).  Ideal for relaxing and making the most of your holidays, you will also be near to the most beautiful places in the area such as the Pont du Gard, Uzés and Avignon.

For energetic people, Collias is only around fifteen kilometres away.  Here you can bathe in the Gardon river, canoe down it, or tackle the climbing wall. Other nearby activities include beautiful walks or hikes, undulating cycle routes and mountain biking.

For wine lovers, the village of Domazan has many domains where you can taste and purchase wine.
