• 3rd Bedroom :  Double bed 160 large, closet. Private bathroom with wash basin, shower, WC. Beautiful view at the valley, the surrounding villages and the hamlet.

Outside :

• Land : 3400 m² not enclosed. This 3400 m² terraced hillside property with traditional dry-stone walls and trees offers a nice view at the valley, the village of Goudargues and its surroundings.
• Children’s playground at the back of the house : slide, hut, sand…
• Terrace : Partly covered terrace with sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table. Wrought iron table with 6 chairs, barbecue. View at the valley and the pool.
• Private and enclosed infinity pool. Pool size : 14 m X 7,50 m.
  The pool is 0,80 m till 1m 45 deep. Pool terrace with 6 deck chairs, a small waterfall and a sunscreen.

Attention : At the property, but at a certain distance from the Mazet, you will find the hen house of the owners.  The hens are shut in and far enough from the house to not cause any nuisance.
