The residency of 8 ha is situated in a very natural environment in Sorges in the Dordogne, famous for its truffles and the Perigordian gastronomy.
The residency comprises 20 holiday rentals, gathered in groups of 2 to 3 houses. Each group of houses shares a 5000 m² land and a swimming pool.
The residency offers all you need for a successful vacation : A very peaceful and natural environment, historical villages to visit as Périgueux, Brantôme… You are at 1 hour drive from the famous sights of Lascaux, Rocamadour and Sarlat.
The houses in this holiday residence are all built with natural materials such as wood and stones, they have green roofs and are very comfortable in both summer and winter.
This 45 m² rental comprises :

- Kitchen area : Sink, 4 Cooking plates, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine… Fridge with freezer compartment.
