Gard provençal, near Laudun
– this working vineyard boasts a holiday rental sleeping 8 -10 people. Ideal for wine lovers, this vineyard is
surrounded by approximately 100 ha of vines, including 70 ha of Côtes
du Rhône vines (Lirac, Côtes du Rhône Village Laudun, Côtes du Rhône)
and 32 ha of vin de pays vines, and it is very close to the vineyards
of big names such as Chateauneuf du Pape and Tavel.
The rental is situated in a wing of the property. The property comprises
the vineyard, a wine shop, offices and the wing with the holiday rental.
Private pool and garden without overlook.
The rental is composed by 2 independent apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor :
The apartment on the ground floor :
- Small kitchen with fridge, microwave oven and gas cooker with 2 gas burners
- 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm wide double bed
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC
- Sunny living room with TV, DVD, hi-fi and French window leading to the garden
- Garden furniture and BBQ facility
The apartment on the first floor :
- Living room with TV, DVD and hi-fi
- Kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, 4 gas burners and fridge
- Laundry room with WC, washing machine and dryer
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and private shower room with shower and washbasin
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and private bathroom with bath and washbasin
Access to the garden is via the staircase which leads to the other apartment, then through a small corridor.

away from the centre of the village of Saint Génies de Comolas. It is
surrounded by vines.
It is set in Gard Provencal, approximately 20 minutes away from Avignon.
Gard Provencal is the link between Provence, which borders it to the
east along the Rhône valley, and the Cévennes, which borders it to the
west.
