This 15th century farmhouse is situated in the Périgord noir, near the Prehistorical sights, near les Eyzies, Montignac, Sarlat...
Last renovation in March 2010, the house is situated in the countryside and is surrounded by 11 ha of woods and fields.
This 90 m² rental comprises :
- Entrance (5 steps)
- Living area of about 45 m² comprising :
- Kitchen / dining area : Table with 6 chairs, 3 gas rings and 1 electric plate, electric oven, microwave, toaster, Espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge…
- A bar with 4 bar stools separates the kitchen from the sitting area
- Sitting area : Couch, 2 armchairs, 2 chairs, coffee table, TV, fireplace (only for decoration, not for use).
5 Steps are leading to the sleeping area :
- Landing
- 1st Bedroom : Double bed 140 large
- Bathroom : Bath, bidet, wash basin, WC.

Historical note : 15th Century coins were found in the courtyard of the farmhouse, as well as traces of Cro-Magnon in the caves of the house !
