This characteristic and historical building is situated at the Ile de Groix and was first built in 1862 to control the navigation between the islands of l’Ile de Groix, Belle Ile de Quiberon and Lorient.
The house was abandoned for almost half a century and then sold by the French Marine in 2001 to become an exceptional holiday rental after 2 years of renovation.
Enjoy the sea, the sand beach is at only 2 minutes walk.... or enjoy the garden, terrace and the Jacuzzi....
