The villa is situated near the city of Souillac (Lot) and the city of Sarlat (Dordogne), and very close to the touristy sights and the medieval villages...

2 Steps are leading to :
- Open kitchen : Cooking island in the middle of the kitchen with 2 high chairs. Sink, 2 electric plates, 4 gas rings, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, kitchenware...
- Dining room : Large dinner table with 7 chairs, a bench for 4 people, sofa and coffee table.

- Bathroom : Bath, wash basin, bidet and WC

ATTENTION : A small stream crosses the property, not secured.

Un cadre idéal pour ceux qui ont un réel besoin de nature et de silence et une maison qui possède un charme particulier qui fait qu'on s'y sent bien rapidement. La villa, à quelques km de Souillac, nous a permis une vraie mise au vert, un repos d'une rare qualité et la découverte d'une région riche de balades, sites extraordinaires et gastronomie généreuse.
