- South facing living room with access to the balcony. Sitting area with fireplace, TV (TNT), DVD, HIFI, Radio and a dining area with view at la Tournette at the other side of Lake Annecy.
- A hallway leads to the bedrooms.
- The sitting room and the kitchen open to the balcony with view at la Tournette and the mountain chain of des Bauges. The balcony disposes of a sun screen, garden furniture, a barbecue and an electric table barbecue.
