- Dining room / Sitting room : Table, 3 chairs. Couch, TV. Bay window opening to the first terrace and the garden.
- Kitchen : Open kitchen to the living room with : Double sink, gas stove with 4 gas rings and oven. Fridge – freezer, microwave, bay window with access to the second terrace and the garden.
- Bedroom : Double bed 140, closet. A French window opens to the second terrace and the garden.
- Bathroom : Wash basin, shower cabin and WC.
- Scullery : Washing machine, dryer. Ironing facilities.
Outside :
- Property : Partly enclosed property of about 10 000 m², planted with fruit trees, pine trees,olive trees… Parking, pétanque pitch, bar area, walking and mountain bike trails departure possible directly from the rental...
- First terrace : A bay window in the sitting area leads directly to the first terrace. Table with 2 armchairs, parasol.
- Second terrace : Bay windows in kitchen and bedroom open to the second terrace. Table, 2 chairs, 2 deck chairs. Nice view at the Luberon and the village of Caseneuve.
- Pool : Shared pool. Pool size : 13 m x 6 m, the pool is 1m till 1m80 deep. Large paved pool area with pool shower. 6 Deck chairs, hammock, parasols…
Attention :
- The owners, a couple, live at the property in a completely independent house.
- The property also comprises a second holiday rental, also for 2 people (+ baby). This rental is completely independent and situated a bit higher at the property, there is no overlook.
- The use of the pool is shared with the other holidaymakers and the owners (a couple).
