This spacious and comfortable villa is situated at a hillside with nice views in a very quiet and natural environment.
This 300 m² villa comprises :
1st Floor :
- Sitting room : 4 couches, coffee table, TV (flat screen), French window with access to the terrace.
- Kitchen / Dining room : Double sink, gas stove with 4 gas rings and a gas oven. Dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave. Table, 8 chairs.
- 1st Bedroom : Double bed 140 large, single bed 0,90 large, desk closet. Private bathroom with wash basin, shower cabin and WC.
- 2nd Bedroom : Bunk beds (attention the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years), and a sofabed (sleeps 1 person). Closet, desk. Private bathroom with wash basin, bath and WC.
Ground floor :
- 3rd Bedroom : Double bed 140 large, sofa, desk.
- 4th Bedroom : Single bed 105 large, closet, desk. Large bay window with access to a veranda.
- 5th Bedroom : Double bed 160 large, desk. Large bay window with access to the garden.
- Bathroom : Independent bathroom with washbasin, bath and WC.
- Scullery : Washing machine, dryer.
- Veranda with access to bedroom 3 and 4.
Attention : The 5 bedrooms have air-conditioning. The kitchen – dining room and living room are not air-conditioned.

- Terrace : Terrace at the 1st Floor with direct access to the kitchen and the sitting room. Table, 10 chairs, nice view.
