This 110 m² rental comprises :

- The entrance opens directly to the living area with : Fireplace, sitting area, HIFI and TV.
- Open kitchen to the living room : Equipped kitchen with Ariston stove with 5 gas rings and an electric oven. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and various kitchenware. Round dinner table for 6.
- 1st Bedroom : Single bed 0.90 large and bunk beds (attention, the upper bed is not adapted for children under 6 years)

- A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with a double bed 1m40 large. Closet, wooden floor and beams.
- Private shower room with shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
