How to book / pay :
In case you want to book a house for which we sent you an offer, please let us know by e mail or phone.
We will send you the rental contract per e mail.
The reservation is valid only after reception of the signed rental contract (signed by the tenant)together with the deposit due at reservation. After reception of both of these the agent will confirm the rental.
Payment for the rental as follows :
- Payment of a 25% deposit of the amount of the rental at reservation
- Payment of the balance 1 month before arrival
In case of a reservation more that 6 months ahead of the arrival date, a cheque or a signed agreement for payment by credit card of the 25% deposit will be required as a guarantee for the reservation. The deposit will be charged 6 month before the arrival date.
In case of a booking less that 4 weeks before arrival date the entire rental price will be requested at reservation.
