Bluffy, in the hills of Menthon Saint Bernard, this chalet is situated at the foot of the Dents de Lanfon, near Lake Annecy and the ski resort of Aravis.
The property of about 800 m² is not enclosed, has lots of trees and offers a nice view at the Semnoz, the Bauges mountain chain and at the backside at the Parmelan.
Various walking tours in the mountains are possible passing by Villard and Alex.
The ski resorts of la Clusaz and Grand Bornand are at about 20 minutes drive.
The main entrance of the chalet is situated at the higher level at the backside of the property, opening directly to the living room. A second entrance is situated at the ground floor.
