At a hillside, in Puget sur Durance near Lourmarin, this holiday rental sleeps 3 + baby, secured and shared pool.

The rental is situated at the garden level of a recently built villa, at about 1 km from the village, quiet environment surrounded by vineyards. The rental is fully independent and has a large private area.

If needed, a wooden 20 m² chalet can be rented additionally, to sleep 2 extra people. (Extra cost). The chalet is situated near the rental and disposes of a kitchenette, a sofabed, a bathroom with WC, a shady terrace with garden furniture.

This 65 m² rental comprises :

• Kitchen : Single sink. Gas stove with 3 gas hobs and 1 electric plate, electric oven. Fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer. Table, 4 chairs. French window with direct access to the terrace.                                                                                   
• Bedroom / Living room :  Double bed 160 large, single bed 0.90 large,  sitting area with TV, table, 4 chairs, 2 armchairs.
• Bathroom : Single wash basin, shower cabin with hydro massage, WC, storage.

Outside :

• Property :  4000 m², enclosed. Trees, flowers and shade. Very nice view over the valley. Private and independent access.
• South facing terrace :  Sunscreen. Wrought iron table with 4 chairs.  French window with direct access to the kitchen.
• Pool : Secured pool size : 8,50 m x 5 m. The pool is 0,90 m till 2m30 deep. Shady pergola. Tiles around the pool, 2 deck chairs, 1 sun bed, parasol.
• Summer kitchen :  Wooden table with 4 chairs.  2 wooden sun beds. Barbecue.

Important information : The owners, a couple, are living in another part of the villa. They have their own entrance, terrace and private area. They use the pool from time to time.

The chalet can also be rented out separately, in that case the people staying in the chalet also have access to the pool.
