The gite is situated in a quiet environment but not isolated. The property comprises the holiday rental, the house of the owners and a
chalet, also proposed as a holiday rental (sleeps 2). The chalet can also be rented together with the rental (against additional charge). The property offers a great
panoramic view at Mont Ventoux and its surroundings. Ideal starting
point for walking and cycling lovers.
The property is situated at only 500 m from the village’s centre and the shops.
The rental is situated at the first floor.
This 60 m² rental comprises :
- Dining room / Sitting room : Table, 4 chairs. Sofabed and coffee table.
- Open kitchen to the dining room / sitting room with : 4 electric cooking plates, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.
- Bedroom : Double bed 160 large, closet.
- At the independent mezzanine floor : Double bed 140 large.
- Bathroom : Wash basin, shower cabin and WC
Outside :
- Property : Sloping property of about 10 000 m², situated at the end of the village. Great view at Mont Ventoux an dits surroundings. Several garden seats are at your disposition in the shade under the trees. Playhouse for children.
- Terrace : Private terrace without overlook. Table, 4 chairs, 2 deck chairs. Barbecue. Access to the terrace through the dining room / sitting room / kitchen.
- Pool : The pool is secured by an electric safety cover. Pool size : 10 m x 5 m. The pool is 1 m 20 till 2 m 40 deep. 5 Sun loungers, 4 armchairs, parasols. The use of the pool is shared with the owners and the occupants of the chalet.
- Laundry room : Laundry room near the pool. Washing machine, freezer, ironing facilities. Shower room with wash basin, shower and WC.
- Summer kitchen : Near the pool. Very shady area with table, 4 chairs, bar, sink, fridge and barbecue. Bench, 2 armchairs.
- Bicycle storage room : The bicycle storage room can be locked and is private for the rental.
