The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area at the beginning of the village. The village’s centre is at walking distance.
This 160 m² villa comprises :
Ground floor :
- Dining room / sitting room : Table, 6 chairs, 2 sofas, coffee table. French windows open to the terrace, the garden and the pool.
- Separate kitchen : Induction cooking zone, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Table, 4 chairs, TV. French window opens to the terrace, the garden and the pool.
- Scullery : Sink, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing facilities.
- Bathroom : Wash basin, bath.
- 1 Separated WC
- Bedroom 1 : Single bed 120 large, closet.
- Bedroom 2 : Double bed 140 large, closet, private shower room. French window opens to the terrace, the garden and the pool.
1st Floor :

- Property : Enclosed property of about 1500 m². Trees, flowers, lawn, and possibility to park 3 cars. Electric entrance gate.
- Terrace : South facing terrace of about 45 m². Access to this terrace through the sitting / dining room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. 2 Tables, 10 chairs and a barbecue.
- A second terrace at the pool area with summer kitchen : Pergola (size 4 m x 3m50), sink, table, 8 chairs.
- Pool : Private and secured pool (alarm system), pool size : 8 m x 4m50. The pool has a flat bottom and is 1m20 deep. Paved pool area. 3 Sun loungers, 6 deck chairs, 1 parasol.
Attention :
- Depending on the weather, you can slightly hear some noise from the railroad North from the villa.
- A guard lives at the property in a studio.

Een aangename en rustige lokatie, alles is hier aanwezig. Wij brachten hier een zeer leuke vakantie door, de kinderen keerden super enthousiast terug naar België. De weken voor onze aankomst werden wij reeds uitgebreid gebriefd door de eigenaars over allerhande bezienswaardigheden, restaurantjes ed.
