The rental is situated at a +/- 1200 m² enclosed property with private pool, in the city of Sarlat, in a residential area just outside the historical centre and is entirely built on the ground floor.
This 100 m² house entirely at the ground floor comprises :
- Living room with fireplace opening to a veranda closed with bay windows overlooking the garden
- Open kitchen (3 gas rings, 1 electric plate, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- Study room / scullery with freezer and washing machine
- Bedroom with double bed 140 and access to the terrace at the backside of the house. Outside the house (at about 2m) you have access to an extra -but very basic- shower room with shower, wash basin and WC
- 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed 160 large and access to the main bathroom in the house
