Each bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room and WC.

The access to the rental passes through a common entrance gate and road, the gate and road to the rental are common with the villa of the neighbours. The neighbour villa is situated at the backside of the rental, and is completely independent. The neighbours pass at the backside of the rental to get to their house.
