This tastefully renovated Provencal farmhouse is situated in Villeperdrix, between Nyons and Rémuzat, in the hills above the Gorges de Saint May.
The house is isolated, at 2 km from the village, and surrounded by 300 olive trees.
The house offers a beautiful view at the Gorges de l’Eygues, les volières de vautours fauves, l'Abbaye de Bodon situated at the plateau de Saint Laurent in Saint May.
This +/- 100 m² farmhouse comprises :

Geographic setting :
The house is situated in the countryside, at about 2 km from the village Villeperdrix with about 100 inhabitants.
In the village you will find an Auberge à la Ferme, a gîte équestre and a small shop with local products. In the village of Sahune, at 5 km, you will find a bakery and a small grocery shop. In Rémuzat, at 9 km, there is a small supermarket, pharmacy, gas station and several restaurants.
In Saint May, at 4 km you will find a bar tabac.
For more important shopping you can go to Verclause or to Nyons at about 20 km where every Thursday morning (from June till September) there is a nice Provencal market.
