The holiday rental is situated in a very quiet environment in the heart of the mountains dominating Lake Annecy, and at the departure of different walking trails.
Ideal setting for nature and paragliding lovers , close to the col de la Forclaz but also not too far from Lake Annecy and the beaches of Talloires thanks to a free transport (Econavette) service during the summer season between the beaches of Talloires and the Paragliding zone of Planfait.
Follow a small walking trail from the rental for about 200 m and enjoy the beautiful view at Lake Annecy.
The rental is an independent part of the house of the owners.
With a total surface of about 70 m² the rental offers :
Ground floor :
- Large living comprising :
- Sitting room with TV (Satellite)
- Dining area opening to the 20 m² terrace
- Kitchen area with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, 2 electric plates, kitchenware
The terrace offers a nice view at the surrounding mountains of la Tournette and Lanfonnet.
The stairs in the living room are leading to the first floor, with mezzanine floor.
1st Floor :
- Bedroom at the mezzanine floor with double bed 160, this room gives access to the second bedroom.
- Second bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90 (can be put together as a double bed), and access to the shower room.
- Bathroom with double wash basin, shower and WC.
All Velux windows have screens to darken the bedrooms.
Animals are allowed but must stay attached as for the different pets living in the neighbourhood.
The rental is situated at the end of a small road so the children can play in the woods, and enjoy cycling tours in all safety.
