Situated in a charming hameau (small group of houses) close to the centre of Talloires with view at Lake Annecy. The house is situated between Echarvines Golf Course, the paragliding area of la Forclaz, Lake Annecy and Talloires.
With a total surface of about 100 m² the house offers :
