This charming holiday rental is situated in Annecy le Vieux, at the bank of Lake Annecy.
The 100 m² garden is entirely enclosed, and comprises a large wooden terrace.
With a total surface of about 140 m² the house (adjoining a neighbour house) offers :

Parking for 3 cars outside in front of the house, enclosed garden with table tennis, 3 deck chairs and garden furniture.
