The house is situated at 7 km from Villefranche du Périgord, 50 km from Sarlat and 60 km from Bergerac…
The property comprises a small private forest (mushrooms !) and grassland, the nearest neighbours live at 300 m.
There are several prehistoric sights to visit in the area. Canoeing and kayak and tree – climb - trails nearby, and a lot of tours for mountain bike fanatics !
Prehistoric caves, and castles to visit.
In Villefranche du Périgord you can find all shops : Grocery store, bakery, post office, bank, pharmacy, market, doctor. Supermarket in Fumel or Siorac (20 km).
