Situated in between the village of Beaucet and the l’Ermitage de Saint Gens, this Mazet is to rent for 4 to 5 people.
The Mazet is built along a large rock, and is composed by 2 independent small houses, at about 10 m distance from each other. An ideal location for 2 couples or one couple with grownup children, as each house has its own privacy.
The Mazet is situated in the countryside and has a 300 m² private garden.
The owners live at the property in an independent house. The owners are potter and they make also the famous Santons de Provence. Their workshop is open for visitors.
This 75 m² Mazet comprises :
1st House with a total surface of about 30 m²: Large bedroom with double bed 140 large, study corner , 1 single bed, shower room with wash basin, shower and WC.
2nd House with a total surface of about 45 m² at 2 levels :
- At the same level as the 1st house, living room with kitchen area with 4 gas rings, gas oven, fridge. Dining area with fireplace.
- On a lower level there is 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 (or 2 single beds 0.90 x 200), 1 separated WC and 1 shower room with shower and wash basin. This bedroom also has an independent access through the lower garden level.
