This charming house for 6 to 7 people is situated at the heights of Veyrier du Lac. It's dominating location offers a stunning view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains.
The house is situated 5 minutes walk from the village. All rooms are sunny, and offer a beautiful view of Lake Annecy.
Built on a hillside, the villa has a 500 m² enclosed garden with a 60 m² terrace, overlooking Lake Annecy.
From all main rooms in the house and from the garden, you can see Lake Annecy from Roc de Chère to Annecy Bay.
With a total surface of about 110 m² the house offers :

The village Veyrier :
The village of Veyrier, loved by poets and painters, is situated at the East side of the Lake Annecy. The sunny village has a beautiful view at the lake, nature and walking lovers will enjoy the marked foot paths leading to the Mount Veyrier (1293 m) at the back of the village, and the Mount Baron with a panoramic view at the Alps mountain chain and the Mount Blanc.
All kind of water sports are practiced on the lake, but of course without disturbing the various birds living here.
