Gard provençal, near Laudun
– this working vineyard boasts 2 holiday rental gites,
each sleeping 4 people. Ideal for wine lovers, this vineyard is
surrounded by approximately 100 ha of vines, including 70 ha of Côtes
du Rhône vines (Lirac, Côtes du Rhône Village Laudun, Côtes du Rhône)
and 32 ha of vin de pays vines, and it is very close to the vineyards
of big names such as Chateauneuf du Pape and Tavel.
The property has two
gites, each with two bedrooms that can sleep up to four people. Both
gites are situated in a wing of the property. The property comprises
the vineyard, a wine shop, offices and the wing whith the gites.
The pool and garden are shared by the two gites. They are not overlooked by the rest of the estate.
Gite on the first floor : (surface approximately 75 m²)

Access to the garden is via the staircase which leads to the gite, then a small corridor.
