The 3 ha property, surrounded by vineyards and trees, offers a great view at the village. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in the countryside.

At about 1 km from the village of Tresques, you can easily visit the most interesting sights in the area : Uzès, Goudargues, la Venise du Gard, le Pont du Gard.

The property is composed by the house of the owners and 2 independent apartments for 6 persons each, and a shared pool.

This farmhouse is situated at a few minutes from the village Tresques, where you will find a bakery, café, newspapers, hairdresser, restaurant and wine cellars. For main shopping you can go to the supermarket in Bagnols sur Cèze at 10 minutes by car.

Tresques is a characteristic small village with 1800 persons and lots of historical monuments : La chapelle romane de St-Martin de Jussan, an historical monument. La Tour de Guet, or Sarrasine. La chapelle St-Pierre de Castres. The ruines of la chapelle de la Madeleine. The castle, originally a Roman Fort. Les Fontaines built in 1832. And the 17th century church.

Tresques is part of the valley of Tave, the name of the river and covers an area full of typical villages managed to keep their charm and character through the ages. They remind the Middle aged Forts or Bastides. They are surrounded by a beautiful landscape, with castles and souvenirs from the Roman occupation such as L’ Oppdidum de Gaujac.
