The villa has a total surface of 300 m² and offers :
Ground floor :
- Entrance hall with WC.
- Fully equipped kitchen with stove with 4 gas rings, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and scullery with American fridge.
- Large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, HIFI, DVD.

- Bedroom 1 : double bed 180 x 200, (or 2 single beds 90 x 200), bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC.
- Scullery with freezer and washing machine.
1st floor :
- Bedroom 2 : double bed 180 x 200, (or 2 single beds 90 x 200), bathroom with bath and wash basin.
- 1 separated WC
- Bedroom 3 : with double bed 180 x 200, (or 2 single beds 90 x 200), bathroom with bath , double wash basin and WC.
- Bedroom 4 : with double bed, (this bedroom communicates with another bedroom).

The guardians live in a separate house on the same property, they take care of the horses. At the side of the rental there is a park with a poney and a horse, the guardians pass regularly to take care of them.
