Hans, originally from Holland and Polly, originally from Canada, extend a warm welcome to you at their holiday rental property located 4km away from Venise Gardoise [Venice of the Gard region], the nickname given to the village of Goudargues in Provence Gardoise. The charm and tranquillity of the location and the warmth of Polly and Hans will delight you. Starting from the village of Goudargues, paths lead you on a journey of discovery through the Cèze valley and its vineyards or limestone plateaus through woods and scrubland.If you ask her, Polly will prepare an excellent evening meal or a lunchtime picnic to make your holidays in Provence Gardoise even more enjoyable.

This 75 m² gîte comprises:
- A large living room with a sitting area, satellite TV, DVD player, dining area and wood-burning stove.
This room has direct access to the terrace via a large bay window which lets in plenty of light.
The sofa in the living room can be used as a spare bed for 1 or 2 children.
- A fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, two electric plates, microwave oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
- A bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide).
- A bathroom with shower and WC.

The property consists of the owners’ home and the gîte. The gîte is set in its own private area and does not overlook the owners' home. The swimming pool is shared with the owners (a couple).

Nicknamed the “Venice of the Gard region”, Goudargues is a typical Gard Provençal village with its rustic canals.
Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts will be able to enjoy numerous hiking paths and mountain-biking tracks (300 km of them have been developed over 26 different itineraries!). Horse riding enthusiasts can visit the equestrian centre just 2 km away; sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing on the river Cèze or go for fantastic bike rides, etc. Because it is so well-situated, Goudargues would also make an ideal base for visiting the region's best locations.
