Attention : The first floor is air-conditioned.

- Property : 5,000 m², entirely enclosed with electric entrance gate. Parking, pool area and garden with lawn for the children, children’s playground with swing, trampoline. Pétanque pitch.
- Terrace : Covered terrace with direct access to the kitchen. Barbecue, table and 12 chairs, sofa, view at garden and pool.
- Pool : Private enclosed pool with alarm system. Pool size : 4 m x 9,5 m. The pool is 0,60 m till 1,70 m deep with children’s area of only 0.30 m deep. 6 Sun loungers, parasol.
Attention : From time to time, North from the farmhouse, you can slightly hear some passing traffic. However, the farmhouse, garden and pool are South facing.
