Situated at the side of a hill, the villa offers a great view at the castle of Menthon Saint Bernard, the surrounding mountains, and through the trees a view at the lake.
Originally the house was a fish farm for Lake Annecy. Isabelle and Jean Michel have entirely renovated the house during the last 10 years. Today the villa is an excellent place to spend your holidays with the entire family enjoying nature, mountains and water sports.
