This villa has an exceptional situation at only a few steps away from Lake Annecy with all ingredients for a successful vacation with the whole family: Lake Annecy is at only 2 minutes walk from the house, canoes and kayaks are at your disposition. Quiet environment.
The house offers a view at the castle of Menthon Saint Bernard, the surrounding mountains, and through the trees a small view at the lake.
The house was first built in the 50’, and originally owned by the government as a fish farm for Lake Annecy. The house is nowadays owned by Isabelle and Jean Michel who renovated it over the years and proposed as a holiday rental. An ideal location for a family vacation who to enjoy both water sports and the mountains.
With a total surface of about 160 m² the house offers:
