The chalet is situated at the sunny side of Chatel; “le petit Chatel” at 15 minutes walk to the village’s centre and at 200 m from the chairlift of Barbossine. Chatel is part of the French / Swiss ski resort des Portes du Soleil comprising 12 ski resorts : Morzine, Avoriaz, les Gets, Abondance, Champéry, Morgins, Torgon ...).
Chalet is situated at the Swiss border (3 km from Pas de Morgin), and part of the ski resort des Portes du Soleil.
The lake « Lac de Vonnes » is situated at 2 km from the chalet, depending the weather conditions ice skating is possible.
During the season the nearest convenience stores are within 200 m : Bakery, grocery store, restaurants...
Free shuttle between Chatel and le Linga at 200 m.
