• Bedroom 1 : Double bed (140 x 190), decorated with various objects collected during foreign trips. Desk.
• Private bathroom with wash basin, bath, WC. View at the garden. This room has no WIFI Internet access.

1st Floor :

• Small hall : Closet (household linen).  Ironing facilities.
• Bedroom 2 : Double bed ( 140 x 190 cm), closet, Garden View.
• Private bathroom with double wash basin, bath, bidet and WC.
• Bedroom 3 : 2 Single beds ( 2 x 90 x 190), closet, Park View.
• Bathroom 3 : Bath, wash basin, WC.
• Bedroom 4 : Double bed (140 x 190). French window opening to a small private terrace with table and chairs.
• Bedroom 5 : Attic bedroom accessible by wooden chairs, 2 Single beds (2 x 90 x 190), closet. Possibility to add an extra single bed (ideal for 3 children or teenagers). DVD player.

Attention : This attic bedroom can sleep 1 extra child or teenager which brings the capacity to 11 instead of 10 people.

Outdoor amenities :

• Property : 2 Ha of land, partly enclosed, 2 entrance gates.
• Pool : Private enclosed pool, pool size 8 m x 4 m.  8 Deck chairs and view at the garden with stone walls and Mediterranean vegetation.
• Private access to the river : Stairs are leading down to the river. The river is suitable for swimming or just refreshing.
• Pétanque pitch  
• Various terraces :

• Kitchen terrace : Table with 4 chairs
• Private terrace of bedroom 4 : Table and chairs
• Riverside terrace : Shady terrace with wooden table and 10 chairs.

• Vegetable garden and water basin for watering. Clothes line.
• Large playground for children (football…)

ATTENTION :

• As for the river this property is not suitable for a stay with very young children.
• Electric fence at the end of the land.
• The property comprises a second house (hidden behind greenery), here lives a Dutch couple very discretely.
• The person in charge of pool and (vegetable) garden maintenance passes every 2 days.
• The vegetable garden is at disposition of the occupants of the holiday rental.
