The rental is part of a renovated ancient farmhouse, the owners live in another part of the house. The rental sleeps 2 – 4 people and is situated in Quintal, at the foot of the Semnoz near Lake Annecy.
The exceptional Pool View from the living area makes this rental a very special place to stay.
With a total surface of about 70 m² the rental offers :
Ground floor :
- Living area comprises : (Bay window opening to the heated indoor pool)
- Fully equipped open kitchen : Oven, microwave, fridge, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, kitchenware…
- Dining area
- Sitting area with sofa bed for 2 people (BULTEX mattress) fireplace, TV, DVD, radio.
- Indoor heated pool, the access to the pool is secured by a locked door. Pool size: 7.5 m x 3.5 m.
1st Floor :
- Bedroom 1 : Twin beds (2 x 0.90 large) can be joined together as a double bed.
- Shower room : Italian shower, wash basin, WC, hairdryer, heated towel rack.
Outdoor amenities :
- Enclosed +/- 90 m² courtyard comprising a +/- 20 m² terrace in front of the rental, barbecue, garden furniture.
- Parking for 1 car in the courtyard
- Storage room for bicycles and sports material.
Attention :
- A cot and high chair are available on request.
- The owners live at the property in another part of the house.
- Pool access secured by a locked door, the owner opens on request.
