- Kitchen / Dining area : Double sink, 4 induction cooking plates, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Washing machine. Kitchen island. Table, 6 chairs. Armchair.
- Sitting room : Desk, 2 armchairs. Wood stove. French window with access to the garden.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 160 large. Private shower room : Single wash basin, Italian shower, WC. French window with access to the garden.
- Bedroom 2 : Double bed 160 large (2x0,80). Closet.
- Shower room with shower, wash basin.

1st Floor :
- At the mezzanine floor : Attic bedroom, suitable for children, with TV, DVD player. Sofa. Single bed (0,80 large). Reading area.
Outside :
- Property : 7000 m², not enclosed. Very natural environment, trees, sunny and shady areas.
- Terrace : Private and covered terrace next to the pool. Table, 2 benches. Barbecue (charcoal).
- Pool : Private and secured pool, pool size : 7 m x 3 m, the pool has a flat bottom and is 1m 40 deep with ladder. 5 Sun loungers.
- Tennis court : Fully private for the rental. The tennis court is a Half-Court, the special rackets and balls necessary to play at this shorter court will be left at your disposition.
Attention :
- The owners live in an independent house on the same property.
- The owners have 2 dogs and 1 cat that you might cross at the property, they are very friendly.
- After special request and agreement of the owners you can use the sauna, situated next to the pool.
