This villa was built recently. The villa is very sunny, situated in the small village of La Roque Alric with beautiful view.
This 220 m² villa comprises :
Garden level :
- Summer kitchen – sitting room : Kitchen corner with sink, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, storage for crockery.
- Sitting area with sofa bed (140 large)
- Private shower room with shower cabin and WC.
Attention : The summer kitchen, sitting area and bathroom are completely independent and do not communicate inside with the main house.
Main house :
- Kitchen / Dining area : Open kitchen with : Single sink, ceramic cooking plate, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Table, 8 chairs. French window opening to the terrace.
- Sitting room : The sitting room is open to the dining room / kitchen. 2 Couches, TV. Fireplace.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 180 large (2 x 0,90). Closet.
- Private shower room with double wash basin, shower cabin, WC. Large bay window with access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2 : Double bed 180 large (2 x 0,90).

- Bedroom 3 : Independent bedroom with Twin beds (2 x 0,80 can be joined as a double bed).
- Private shower room with wash basin, shower cabin, WC. Access to this bedroom from the terrace N° 1.
Attention : Bedroom 3 and the bathroom are completely independent ; no indoor communication with the main house. The entrance door is slightly less height than a traditional door.
Additional information:
- At the street level there are 2 unoccupied garages, they are no part of the rental.
- The access to the house, garden and pool by outdoor stairs (about 10 steps) situated on top of these garages. Therefore this house is not suitable for less valid people.
Outside :
- Property : 700 m², not enclosed. Trees and flowers. Nice view at the mountain chain of the Dentelles de Montmirail.
- Terrace 1 : Table, 8 chairs. Access to the dining room / kitchen / sitting room. This terrace also gives access to bedroom N° 3.
- Private and secured pool. Pool size : 5 m50 x 3 m50, the pool has a flat bottom and is 1m 40 deep with ladder.
- Terrasse 2 near the pool : Covered terrace with table, chairs and 8 sun loungers.
