The house comprises 2 apartments, in the common entrance bicycles and buggies can be stored. The 20 m² common veranda gives access to the garden and to the apartment.
With a total surface of about 46 m² over 2 levels, the apartment comprises :
1st Floor :
- Living area with kitchenette (2 electric cooking plates, oven / microwave, fridge), dining area, stowaway beds (2 x 0,90 large), TV, Internet access.
- Separated WC
2nd Floor :
- Bedroom with double bed (1m60 large), view at Annecy and Lake Annecy.
- Bathroom with bath and double wash basin
A cot and high chair are available on request.
Outside :
- The veranda gives access to the garden.
- Property : The +/- 400 m² garden is to be shared with the occupants of the apartment on the ground floor. 2 Separated garden areas are created.
- Parking in front of the house.
