- Dining area : Table with 8 chairs, HIFI, CD player, French window opening to the terrace.
- Sitting area : 2 couches, coffee table, TV, fireplace (can be used).
1st Floor :
- Mezzanine floor with sofa, coffee table, books and games for children.
