With a total surface of about 60 m² the chalet comprises :
Ground floor :

- Kitchen : Open kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 3 gas rings and 1 electric cooking plate, fridge with freezer compartment and kitchenware.
- Sitting room : Wood stove, TV, DVD player. French window with direct access to terrace and garden.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 140 large.
- Shower room : shower, wash basin and washing machine.

1st Floor :
- Bedroom 2 : Attic bedroom with double bed 140 large, TV.
- Bedroom 3 : Attic bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90 large, TV, DVD player.

- South facing terrace and garden
- The river the Giffre passes at the end of the garden, secured access. A hedge separates the garden from the neighbours.

Attention : The chalet is situated in a chalet residency with more chalets and a communal table tennis and a pétanque pitch. At the entrance of the park there is a common WIFI access (not for professional use).

The chalet is situated between Morillon and Verchaix, at about 30 m from the rivet the Giffre and from walking and mountainbike trails. At about 300 m from the Lake Lac Bleu, riding, minigolf, river rafting.
Enjoy cycling at the Col de la Joux Plane, fishing in the river the Giffre, walking and mountainbiking, in winter skiing from the chalet (10 minutes walk or skibus to the skislopes).
In summer and winter all activities are at walking distance.
The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurants...) are within 500 m from the chalet.
The ski resorts of the Grand Massif, Flaine, Les Carroz, Sixt Fer à cheval, Samoëns, Morillon, Verchaix kept their authenticity and character and are very lively as well in summer as winter.
