- Pool : Private and secured pool, pool size : 10 m x 4 m with stairs. The pool is 0m80 till 1m50 deep. Paved pool area. Pergola, table, 8 chairs.
- Summer sitting area : At the ground floor, under the terrace, arched sitting area with sofabed, 2 armchairs. Nice and cool in hot days. Direct access to the garden.
