This country cottage is set in a tranquil rural location, but only two kilometres from the centre of Saint Saturnin les Apt.   Saint Saturnin les Apt is a typical authentic Luberon village that clings to the hillside. Facing due south, on a hillside, this village is an oasis of calm nestling between orchards, olive groves and vineyards.  It offers an exceptional view of the Luberon mountain range, being really close to Provence's imposing mountain, Mont Ventoux.
While you are there, you can visit many monuments such as the 1st century fonds de cabanes [remains of huts], ruins of the old fortified village, the restored 10th century castral chapel, the ramparts of the 13th and 15th century castle and the towers of the 17th century windmills, etc.
